Title

Resolution relative to amending City of West Allis Policies & Procedures Manual Policy No. 1430, Sick Leave.

Body

WHEREAS, Policy No. 1430, Sick Leave, was originally adopted by the Common Council on January 1, 1982, and amended on October 15, 2014, to ensure a uniform set of policies in regard to the sick leave program for City employees; and

WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend said policy to allow for employees to be eligible for alternative duty.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Policy No. 1430, Sick Leave, is approved as amended in the attached.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator is authorized and directed to include the amended Policy No. 1430 in the City of West Allis Policies & Procedures Manual and to distribute said policy to all departments, divisions and offices.
