Title

Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning property located at 9644 W. Schlinger Ave. from C-3 Community Commercial District to M-1 Manufacturing District and their respective rights-of-way.

 

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

 

PART I.  The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from C-3, Community Commercial District to M-1, Manufacturing District, to-wit:

 

A tract of land being located in the Northeast ¼ of Section 32, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, describes as follows:

 

Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Parcel 1, Certified Survey Map No. 6198; thence Easterly, 67.42 feet, along the centerline of West Schlinger Avenue to the Point of Beginning; thence Northerly, 469.95 feet, to the South line of the Wisconsin Electric Power Company right-of-way; thence Easterly; 67.40 feet, along said South line; thence Southerly, 469.83 feet to the centerline of the West Schlinger Avenue; thence Westerly, 67.40 feet, along the said centerline to the Point of Beginning.

 

Said land contains 0.73 Acres, more or less.

 

Current Tax Key No. 416-9984-000 and respective right-of-ways.

 

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

 

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
