Title

Resolution relative to repealing and recreating City of West Allis Policies and Procedures Manual Policy No. 1413, Health and Dental Insurance.

Body

WHEREAS, Policy No. 1413, Health and Dental Insurance, was originally adopted by the Common Council on January 1, 1982, and was most recently amended on January 17, 2017; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal and recreate said policy at this time to accurately reflect and provide understanding and clarity as to how the City of West Allis administers its health and dental insurance programs.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Policy No. 1413, Health and Dental Insurance, is approved as presented.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator is authorized and directed to include the recreated Policy No. 1413 in the City of West Allis Policies & Procedures Manual and to distribute said policy to all departments, divisions and offices.
