Title

An Ordinance to Remove Parking Restrictions on the East Side of S. 66th Street, from W. Mitchell St. to W. Burnham St.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.          Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  S. 66th St.

Block:  1800

Side:  East

Restriction:  None (Current Ord from 1941 is 3 Hour Parking 8am to 8pm, Monday through Saturday)

PART II.         All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.       This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
