Title

Resolution approving the transfer of $10,000 from the salary account in the city attorney’s budget to the maintenance contracts account in the city attorney’s budget to pay for the legal files software.

Body

WHEREAS, the Common Council approved the City Attorney’s request to enter into a contract to purchase legal files software on May 2, 2017; and,

WHEREAS, the total approved cost was $19,790.00; and,

WHEREAS, the City Attorney needs to transfer $10,000 from the Salary account to the Maintenance Contracts account to pay for the software.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the transfer of such funds is hereby approved.
