Title
Resolution relative to accepting the single source proposal of NeoGov for providing performance management software services (NeoGov Perform) for an initial implementation fee of $23,223.

Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Human Resources has received a proposal for providing performance management software services (NeoGov Perform) for the City of West Allis from NeoGov; and

WHEREAS, the use of the NeoGov Perform software was approved as part of the 2017 Adopted Budget, and it is an integral part of the pay for performance implementation in the City; and

WHEREAS, the implementation of a pay for performance system supports Goal #5 of the 2017-2021 Strategic Plan, "Excellence in Government", specifically action item #5-6 which states "Revise and Streamline hiring, retention, performance recognition and rewards programs/processes to focus on abilities and adherence to core values and competencies (pay for performance)"; and

WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department is implementing the use of NeoGov's other software solutions--insight and onboarding in its operations--which are provided to CVMIC members at no additional cost.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the single source contract with NeoGov for providing NeoGov Perform as per the proposal submitted by NeoGov services for the initial implementation fee of $23,223 be and is hereby accepted and the City Administrator or designee are authorized to enter into such contract.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $23,223 will be appropriated from Account 100-1301-517-70-03.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be and is hereby authorized to make such substantive changes, modifications, additions and deletions to and from the various provisions of the contract, including any and all attachments, exhibits, addendums and amendments, as may be necessary and proper to correct inconsistencies, eliminate ambiguity and otherwise clarify and supplement ...
