Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of CDW-G for furnishing and delivering 75 each I3 desktop computers, with three-year NBD Onsite Extended Warranty for a total sum of $32,550.00.

WHEREAS, the Purchasing Department has reported that it has received proposals for furnishing and delivering seventy-five (75) i3 Desktop computers with three-year extended warranty, and that the proposals received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of CDW-G be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated April 07, 2017, submitted by CDW-G for furnishing seventy-five (75) each Lenovo S510 10KY, Core i3 6100 3.7Ghz -4GB , 500GB desktop computers with a Lenovo three-year, Next Business Day, on-site Extended warranty for a total net sum of $32,550.00 in accordance with City of West Allis RFQ-17-011, with funding for this purchase to be provided by the General Fund- IT Capital Items, and will be charged to Account Number 100-1101-5107.70-08, be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Purchasing Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid equipment.
