A Resolution Approving the city attorney entering into a contract with legal files software in the amount of $19,790.00.

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis has been researching file management systems and has received oral and written proposals and demonstrations from three vendors; and,
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has determined that the system offered by Legal Files Software is the best system for the City Attorney’s Office; and,
WHEREAS, Legal Files Software has quoted the City Attorney the sum of $19,790.00 for initial installation of the file management system; and,
WHEREAS, it is determined to be in the City’s best interest in obtaining such a system to improve efficiency and eliminate hard copy files.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the City Attorney is authorized to enter into a contract with Legal Files Software in the amount of $19,790.00, for the provision of a file management system.
