WHEREAS, Joe DeBelak Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

for sump pump and storm lateral installation on private property in:

87^th St from W. Greenfield Ave. to W. Lapham St.

W. Hicks St. from S. 76^th St. to S. 81^st St.

S. 80^st St. from W. Hicks St. to W. Rogers St.

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
