Title
Resolution transferring ownership, by Quit Claim Deed, from the Community Development Authority of the City of West Allis, to the City of West Allis, for the property located at 14** S. Six Points Crossing (Tax Key No. 454-0652-000).

Body
WHEREAS, the Community Development Authority of the City of West Allis (the "Authority") owns the property at 14** S. Six Points Crossing (Tax Key No. 454-0652-000) (the "Property"); and,

WHEREAS, as part of the overall redevelopment preparations for the Six Points/Farmers Market Redevelopment Area, a 10-ft. x 60-ft. outlot of land (the Property) was divided/set aside for a future Bublr bicycle station; and,

WHEREAS, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation ("WisDOT") and the federal Transportation Alternatives Program ("TAP"), as part of the bicycle share project, require that the Property is owned by the City of West Allis (the "City"); and,

WHEREAS, to satisfy documentation of ownership for the bicycle share project, the Authority wishes to transfer the Property to the City of West Allis, with the necessary Common Council approval; and,

WHEREAS, the Authority wishes to transfer the Property by Quit Claim Deed to the City for One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration; and,

WHEREAS, on March 14, 2017, the Community Development Authority approved the transfer of the Property by Quit Claim Deed to the City of West Allis for One Dollar ($1.00).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis as follows:

1. That the Common Council of the City of West Allis, hereby approves the transfer of ownership of the Property at 14** S. Six Points Crossing by Quit Claim Deed from the Community Development Authority of the City of West Allis to the City of West Allis for One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration.
