Title

Ordinance to Repeal Ordinance No. 2889, that part which pertains to the prohibition of heavy truck traffic on S. 67^th Pl. from W. Rogers St. to W. Becher St.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

             PART I.     Pursuant to Section 10.04 of the Revised Municipal Code, Ordinance No. 2889, passed January 6, 1959, that part which pertains to the prohibition of heavy truck traffic on S. 67th Pl. from W. Rogers St. to W. Becher St. is hereby repealed.

             PART II.     This ordinance or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

            PART III.     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
