WHEREAS, Carlson Racine Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

Carlson Racine Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. - 2015 Project No. 16

for the roof replacement at the West Allis Department of Public Works located at:

6300 W. McGeoch Ave.

West Allis, WI 

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
