WHEREAS, D.C. Burbach, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

D.C. Burbach, Inc. - 2016 Project No. 9

for the removal and reconstruction of the concrete alley pavement, storm sewer relay, storm underdrain and utility adjustments in:

1.                     East/West alley between S. 58^th St. and S. 60^th St.: W. Walker St. to W. Mineral St.

2.                     North/South and East/West alley between S. 58^th St. and S. 60^th St.: W. Madison St. to W. National Ave.

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
