WHEREAS, Musson Brothers, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

Musson Brothers, Inc. - 2009 Project No. 9

for the installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, miscellaneous walk repair, driveway replacement, storm sewer relay, storm sewer, sanitary sewer relay, sanitary sewer, water main relay, water main, building services and utility adjustments in:

South 88^th Street from West Becher Street to West Grant Street

South Orleans Avenue from South 88^th Street to West Stuth Avenue

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
