Resolution to Dedicate Right-of-Way from Parcel Numbers 3, 8, 9, 10, 26, and 33 on the attached Transportation Project Plat for W. National Avenue from S. 70th Street to S. 76th Street with State Project Number 2410-00-77.

WHEREAS It has been declared and determined to be in the public interest to acquire certain interests in property necessary for the construction of W. National Avenue from S. 70th Street to S. 76th Street under authority of Section 62.22, Wisconsin Statues; and,
WHEREAS The City of West Allis has approved the Relocation Order for W. National Avenue from S. 70th Street to S. 76th Street on October 4, 2016 in Resolution Number R-2016-0240.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of West Allis authorizes and directs that the following portions of City owned parcels described below may be utilized for the National Avenue Road Improvement Project (Project ID: 2410-00-77), including the right to construct, cut and/or fill slopes and including for such purpose the right to operate the necessary equipment thereon and the right of ingress and egress as long as required for such public purpose including the right to preserve, protect, remove, or plant thereon any vegetation that the Director of Public Works/City Engineer may deem necessary or desirable, in and to the following lands in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Parcel Number 3 on Transportation Project Plat ID 2410-00-77 which is owned by the City of West Allis at the Wadham's Gas Station; and,
Parcel Number 8 on Transportation Project Plat ID 2410-00-77 which is owned by the City of West Allis at the Library; and,
Parcel Number 9 on the Transportation Project Plat ID 2410-00-77 which is owned by the City of West Allis at the Fire Station; and,
Parcel Number 10 on the Transportation Project Plat ID 2410-00-77 which is owned by the City of West Allis at the Fire Station Parking Lot; and,
