Resolution relative to accepting the sole source proposal of Assessment Technologies of WI, LLC for providing a Market Drive software upgrade for a total net sum of $9,219.90.
Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Division has reported that it has received a proposal for a Market Drive software upgrade for the Assessor’s Office of the City of West Allis; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Assessment Technologies of WI, LLC be accepted; and
WHEREAS, the Assessor’s Office has determined that this contract is inappropriate for competitive selection due to the ongoing relationship with this company and they are the only source for this upgrade.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated February 9, 2016, submitted by Assessment Technologies of WI, LLC to provide a Market Drive software upgrade and support for 19,095 parcels at $.42/parcel and SQL Server Integration for $1,200 for the total net sum of $9,219.90 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Purchasing Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid service.
