Resolution to reject bid of Toki & Associates, Inc. for the construction of a two story house with a detached garage that will be used as a training facility at 11271 West Lincoln Avenue, in the City of West Allis in the amount of $238,145.00.

WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were unreasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of  Toki & Associates, Inc. for 2017 Project No. 1 be rejected.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of Toki & Associates, Inc. for 2017 Project No. 1 for the construction of a two story house with a detached garage that will be used as a training facility at:

11271 West Lincoln Avenue

for the sum of Two Hundred Thirty-eight Thousand, One Hundred Forty-five and 00/100 dollars ($238,145.00)

be rejected, and that all other bids received for same be rejected.
