Title

Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Midwest Arborist Supplies for providing Tree-age Emerald Ash insecticide treatment and supplies for a total sum of $44,553.20, or  a total net sum of $39,652.35 if paid within 60 days.

Body

WHEREAS, the Purchasing Division has reported that it duly processed a request for quote for furnishing Tree-age Emerald Ash treatment for the Public Works Department of the City of West Allis; and

WHEREAS, the Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Midwest Arborist Supplies be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal submitted by Midwest Arborist Supplies for furnishing and delivering 80 liters of Arbor-Jet Tree-age insecticide, 10,200 arbor plugs, 12 injection needles, and 8 liters of lubrication for total sum of $44,553.20, or a total net sum of $39,652.35 if paid within 60 days, be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Purchasing Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid supplies.
