Title
An Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning the underlying zoning of the properties located at 1500 S. 108 St. (449-0032-000), 1520-1528 S. 108 St. (449-0033-000), 1550 S. 108 St. (449-0034-000), and their respective rights-of-way from M-1 Manufacturing District to C-3 Community Commercial District, while maintaining the existing Planned Development District-Commercial (PDD-2) overlay.

Body
The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from M-1 Manufacturing District to C-3 Community Commercial District, while maintaining the existing Planned Development District-Commercial (PDD-2) overlay district to-wit:

A tract of land being in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Parcel 1 of the Certified Survey Map 6713; thence Southerly, 460.00 feet, along the East line of said Parcel 1; thence Westerly, 260.00 feet, to the centerline of South 108th Street; thence Northerly, 490.00 feet, along the said centerline of South 108th Street to the centerline of West Orchard Street, extended; thence Easterly, 260.00 feet, along the said centerline of West Orchard Street, to the East line of said Parcel 1, extended; thence Southerly, 30.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Said land contains 2.925 Acres, more or less, including the respective rights-of-way and is located at:

1500 S. 108 St. (449-0032-000),
1520-1528 S. 108 St. (449-0033-000), and
1550 S. 108 St. (449-0034-000)

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
