Title

An Ordinance to Repeal Ordinance No. 4026 which pertains to an Eastbound No Left Turn at the Intersection of South 65^th Street and West Grant Street.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.                     Ordinance No. 4026, passed on March 13, 1973, which established a No Left Turn Eastbound at the Intersection of South 65^th Street and West Grant Street is hereby repealed. 

PART II.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.                     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
