Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on the South Side of the 8500 Block of W. Beloit Road.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.                     Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  W. Beloit Rd.

Block:  8500 Block of W. Beloit Road from 390 Feet West of S. Osage Avenue to 250 Feet West of S. Osage Avenue

Side:  South

Restriction:  3 Hour Parking, 6:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday-Friday

PART II.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.                     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
