Title

Resolution authorizing the Finance Department to sign a renewal agreement with Tri City National Bank for extension of banking services until June 30, 2017.

Body

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis and Tri City National Bank have had a long-standing, successful business relationship; and

WHEREAS, the City would renew the agreement extending the banking services until June 30, 2017.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the amendment submitted by Tri City National bank is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Department is authorized to sign the amendment extending banking services with Tri City National Bank until June 30, 2017.
