Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map to create two new parcels from the parcel currently located at 14** S. Six Points Crossing, for the development of the NoNa portion of The Market at Six Points redevelopment, submitted by Ian Martin, d/b/a Mandel Group, Inc., on behalf of the Community Development Authority of the City of West Allis (Tax Key No. 454-0647-000).

WHEREAS, Ian Martin, d/b/a Mandel Group, Inc., submitted a Certified Survey Map to create two new parcels from the parcel currently located at 14** S. Six Points Crossing, for the development of the NoNa portion of The Market at Six Points redevelopment.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, that the Certified Survey Map of a parcel of land in the Northwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 3, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin be and the same is hereby adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED with the grant of this resolution, that the Common Council grants a 6 month extension of time to record the map and its documents with the Milwaukee County Register of Deeds Office.
