Resolution to approve bid of D.C. Burbach, Inc. for the removal and reconstruction of the concrete alley pavement, storm sewer relay, storm underdrain and utility adjustments in the East/West alley between S. 58th St. and S. 60th St.: W. Walker St. to W. Mineral St.; the North/South and East/West alley between S. 58th St. and S. 60th St.: W. Madison St. to W. National Ave.; and the North/South and East/West alley between S. 58th St. and S. 60th St.: W. Scott St. to W. Madison St. within the City of West Allis in the amount of $220,768.30.

WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of D.C. Burbach, Inc. for 2016 Project No. 9 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of D.C. Burbach, Inc. for 2016 Project No. 9 for the removal and reconstruction of the concrete alley pavement, storm sewer relay, storm underdrain and utility adjustments in:
1. East/West alley between S. 58th St. and S. 60th St.: W. Walker St. to W. Mineral St.
