Resolution to approve bid of LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for the asphalt resurfacing of the pavement including the cracking and seating of the pavement, pavement milling, with miscellaneous driveway and sidewalk repair, pavement marking, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer relay, and utility adjustments in W. National Ave. from S. 56th St. to S. 57th St.; W. Greenfield Ave. from S. 56th St. to S. 60th St.; W. Cleveland Ave. from S. 92nd St. to S. 99th St. and the W. Cleveland Ave. Parking Lot at S. 84th St. within the City of West Allis in the amount of $1,409,822.32.

WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of LaLonde Contrators, Inc for 2016 Project No. 7 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of LaLonde Contrators, Inc for 2016 Project No. 7 for the asphalt resurfacing of the pavement including the cracking and seating of the pavement, pavement milling, with miscellaneous driveway and sidewalk repair, pavement marking, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer relay, and utility adjustments in:
West National Avenue from S. 56th Street to S. 57th Street
West Greenfield Avenue from S. 56th Street to S. 60th Street
West Cleveland Avenue from S. 92nd Street to S. 99th Street
West Cleveland Avenue Parking Lot at S. 84th Street

for the sum of One Million, Four Hundred Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred Twenty-two and 32/100 dollars ($1,409,822.32)
