Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of GHA Technologies, Inc. for furnishing and delivering desktop computers for a total sum of $36,202.50.
Body
WHEREAS, The Purchasing Division has reported that it duly advertised a request for quote for furnishing desktop computers for the Information Technology Department of the City of West Allis, that the proposals received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of GHA Technologies, Inc. be accepted.
WHEREAS, The Information Technology Department has selected these computers based on pricing that also includes a 3-year on-site warranty.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated April 25, 2016 submitted by GHA Technologies, Inc. for furnishing fifty (50) HP ProDesk 400 G2.5, i3 4170 computers for a sum of $23,451.50 and twenty-five (25) HP ProDesk 400 G2.5, i5 4590S computers for a sum of $12,751.00 for a total net sum of $36,202.50 in accordance with City of West Allis RFQ 1321 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid equipment.
