Title

An Ordinance to Amend Section 10.02(1)(c) of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Special Speed Limits.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

                     PART I.                     Section 10.02(1)(c) of the Revised Municipal Code, relating to 30 mile zones is hereby amended by deleting the line "S. 68 St. From North City Limits to South City Limits" and deleting the line "S. 68 St. From W. Lincoln Ave. to South City Limits" and adding the line "S. 68 St. From W. Lincoln Ave. to W. Arthur Ave.".

                     PART II.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

                     PART III.                     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
