Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of BP Logix, Inc. for furnishing software maintenance for 2016 for a total sum of $15,966.96.
Body
WHEREAS, The Purchasing Division has reported that it duly advertised a request for proposal for furnishing a Business Process Management System in 2013; and,
WHEREAS, The Department of Information Technology evaluated the bids received and selected BP Logix, Inc. to provide this service to the City of West Allis; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution R-2014-0047 approved $100,000 for furnishing software/license fees, training and maintenance according to City of West Allis RFP 1217; and,
WHEREAS, $15,000 has been budgeted for 2016 for the annual maintenance fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal of BP Logix, Inc. for furnishing Process Director Server maintenance for $14,620.00, Process Director MS Office Integration maintenance for $673.48 and Process Director Social Network Integration maintenance for $673.48 for a total sum of $15,966.96 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Department of Information Technology be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid services.
