WHEREAS, Vinton Construction Company has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

for the installation of sanitary sewer relay and sanitary sewer spot relay in:
Various Locations within the City of West Allis
(PLAN NO. S-1492, S-1493, S-1494, S-1495, S-1496, S-1497, S-1498, S-1499, S-1500)
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
