Resolution relative to accepting the proposals of GHA Technologies, Inc. and GovConnection for furnishing and delivering desktop computers for a total sum of $76,347.00.
Body
WHEREAS, The Purchasing Division has reported that it duly advertised a request for quote for furnishing desktop computers for the Information Technology Department of the City of West Allis, that the proposals received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposals of GHA Technologies, Inc. and GovConnection be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated February 26, 2015 submitted by GHA Technologies, Inc. for furnishing twenty-five (25) Lenovo Core I5 desktop computers for a sum of $13,113.00 and the proposal dated February 26, 2015 submitted by GovConnection for furnishing one hundred fifty (150) Lenovo Core I3 desktop computers for a sum of $63,234.00 for a total net sum of $76,347.00 in accordance with City of West Allis RFQ 1268 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid equipment.
