WHEREAS, Burkhart Construction, Corp. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

Burkhart Construction, Corp. - 2012 Project No. 14

for the Municipal Court remodel and other improvements at:

CITY OF WEST ALLIS MUNICIPAL COURT

11301 WEST LINCOLN AVENUE

WEST ALLIS, WI 53227

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
