Title

An Ordinance to Repeal Parking Restrictions on the West Side of the south 106 Feet of the 2200 Block of South 83 Street.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  S. 83 St.

Block:  South 106 feet of 2200

Side:  West

Restriction:  Repeal No Parking Anytime

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
