Resolution relative to approval of the Employment Contract for the position of Finance Director/Comptroller/City Treasurer with Mark Wyss.
Body
WHEREAS, the City Administrator has recommended and the Committee of the Whole of the Common Council has approved the appointment of Mr. Mark Wyss of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to the position of Finance Director/Comptroller/City Treasurer; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Wyss has indicated his willingness to accept said position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Employment Contract for the position of Finance Director/Comptroller/City Treasurer of the City of West Allis, relative to the employment of Mr. Mark Wyss as Finance Director/Comptroller/City Treasurer, which is attached hereto, be and the same hereby is approved and the proper City officers are authorized and directed to execute the Employment Contract on behalf of the Common Council of the City of West Allis.
