Title

Resolution relative to approval of the Employment Contract for the position of Director of Information Technology/Communications with James Jandovitz.

Body

WHEREAS, the City Administrator has recommended and the Committee of the Whole of the Common Council has approved the appointment of Mr. James Jandovitz of West Allis, Wisconsin, to the position of Director of Information Technology/Communications; and,

WHEREAS, Mr. Jandovitz has indicated his willingness to accept said position.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Employment Contract for the position of Director of Information Technology/Communications of the City of West Allis, relative to the employment of Mr. James Jandovitz as Director of Information Technology/Communications, which is attached hereto, be and the same hereby is approved and the proper City officers are authorized and directed to execute the Employment Contract on behalf of the Common Council of the City of West Allis.
