Title

Resolution relative to approval of an amendment to the Employment Contract for the position of City Assessor with Charles F. Ruud.

Body

WHEREAS, an amendment to the employment contract is necessary for Charles F. Ruud of West Allis, Wisconsin, for the position of City Assessor, regarding day-to-day supervision; and,

WHEREAS, Mr. Charles F. Ruud has indicated his willingness to accept said amendment.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the amendment to the Employment Contract for the position of City Assessor of the City of West Allis, relative to the employment of Mr. Charles F. Ruud as City Assessor, which is attached hereto, be and the same hereby is approved and the proper City officers are authorized and directed to execute this amendment to the Employment Contract on behalf of the Common Council of the City of West Allis.
