Title

An Ordinance to repeal sub-section 12.40(1)(w) of the Revised Municipal Code relative to liquor store uses in the Central Business District.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Sub-section 12.40(1)(w), liquor stores ("Class A" and/or Class "A" licenses), is hereby repealed from the City of West Allis Revised  Municipal Code.

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
