Resolution relative to determination of Special Use Application to establish an auto repair/service facility, Randy's Alarmtronics, to be located within a portion of the mixed-use building located at 723R-33 S. 84 St. (Tax Key No. 442-0316-000).

WHEREAS, Randy Torgrud, d/b/a Randy's Auto Security Plus (Alarmtronics), duly filed with the City Administrative Officer-Clerk/Treasurer an application for a special use permit, pursuant to Sec. 12.41(2) and Sec. 12.16 of the Revised Municipal Code, to establish an auto repair/service facility within a portion of an existing mixed-use building; and,
WHEREAS, after due notice, a public hearing was held by the Common Council on November 15, 2005, at 5:00 p.m., in the Common Council Chambers to consider the application; and,
WHEREAS, the Common Council, having carefully considered the evidence presented at the public hearing and the following pertinent facts noted:
1. The applicant, Randy Torgrud, d/b/a Randy's Auto Security Plus (Alarmtronics), will have offices at 729 S. 84 St., West Allis, Wisconsin 53214.
2. The applicant has a valid offer to lease the property at 729 S. 84 St., West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
All the land of the owner being located in the Southwest ΒΌ of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, describes as follows:
