Title

Resolution Approving the New Four Family Recycling Fee Rate.

Body

WHEREAS, Section 15.03 authorizes the Common Council to revise the solid waste user charges necessary to insure that the system generates adequate revenues to pay the cost of operation and maintenance; and,

WHEREAS, the Common Council approved to charge four family units a recycling charge

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the quarterly four family user recycling charge to be $11.25 per residential unit, be and is hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Manager be and is hereby directed to notify each user of the Solid Waste Collection of the aforesaid rate increase as provided in Section 1.07(4)(f) of the Revised Municipal Code.
