Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning the properties at 1501, 1513, 1523-29, 15**, and 1555 S. 113 St. from C-3 Community Commercial District to C-4 Regional Commercial District.  (Tax Key Nos. 448-9990-000, 448-9991-001, 448-9991-002, 448-9991-005 and 448-9991-004)
 
 
Body
PART I.        The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from a C-3 Community Commercial District to C-4 Regional Commercial District, to-wit:
 
A tract of land being located in the Northeast ¼ of Section 6, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, describes as follows:
 
Commencing at the North ¼ corner of said Section 6; thence Easterly, 498.00 feet, along North section line of said Section 6 and centerline of West Greenfield Avenue; thence Southerly, 475.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence Easterly, 284.80 feet, to the centerline of South 113th Street; thence Southerly, 576.20 feet along said centerline to the centerline of West Lapham Street; thence Westerly, 285.17 feet; thence Northerly, 571.55 feet to the Point of Beginning.
 
Said land contains 3.765 Acres, more or less.
 
Said land being located at 1501, 1513, 1523-29, 15** and 1555 S. 113 St. from C-3 Community Commercial District to C-4 Regional Commercial District.  (Tax Key Nos. 448-9990-000, 448-9991-001, 448-9991-002, 448-9991-005 and 448-9991-004).
 
PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
      
PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
