Resolution to approve bid of Green Bay Pipe & TV, LLC for closed circuit TV inspection of sanitary and storm sewers in various locations in the City of West Allis in the amount of $72,806.

WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of Green Bay Pipe & TV, LLC for 2025 Project No. 12 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of Green Bay Pipe & TV, LLC for 2025 Project No. 12 for the closed circuit TV inspection of sanitary and storm sewers at various locations in the City of West Allis, Wisconsin and consisting of the following approximate quantities:
Various Locations in the City of West Allis
for the sum of Seventy-two Thousand, Eight Hundred six and 00/100 dollars ($72,806) be accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contractual relations with said contractor for the performance of said work, in accordance with the prices submitted in their proposal and with the specifications of the City of West Allis, and that all other bids received for same be rejected; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That said improvements be installed with Sanitary Sewer Funds & Storm Water Management Funds. 510-3803-536.30-04 and 540-1807-538.30-04
