Title

An Ordinance to establish the salary of the Alderpersons of the City of West Allis for the four year term of April 15, 2008 through April 16, 2012.

Body

The Common Council for the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The wage and salary range of the Alderpersons of the City of West Allis elected on or after April 1, 2008, for the four year term of April 15, 2008 through April 16, 2012, shall be as follows:

April 15, 2008 through April 16, 2012 - Bi-Weekly: $269.00; Annual: $6,994.00

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect April 15, 2008, and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
