Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning certain property located at 632 S. 94 Place from C-3 Community Commercial District to M-1 Manufacturing District (Tax Key No. 416-0016-001).

PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from C-3 Community Commercial District to M-1 Manufacturing District, to-wit:
A tract of land being located in the Northeast ΒΌ of Section 32, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, describes as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Lot 24 in Block 4 of the Conrad Hills Subdivision; thence Southerly, 50.15 feet; thence Westerly, 130.00 feet, to the centerline of the South 94th Place; thence Northerly, 54.12 feet, along said centerline, to the north line of city limits; thence Easterly, 130.06 feet, along said north line, to the Point of Beginning.
Said land being located at 632 S. 94 Place (Tax Key No. 416-0016-001)
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
