An Ordinance to Establish a 3-WAY STOP at the Intersection of S. 96 St. & W. Mitchell St.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.                     Pursuant to Section 10.04 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following 3-WAY STOP is established:

3-WAY STOP at the intersection of S. 96 St. and W. Mitchell St. for Northbound, Southbound and Westbound traffic.

PART II.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.                     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
