Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning the Lincoln Ave. Clinic property located at 11211 W. Lincoln Ave. from M-1 Manufacturing District to C-3 Community Commercial District.

PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from M-1 Manufacturing District to C-3 Community Commercial District, to-wit:
A tract of land located in the Northwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 7, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 8279; thence North 00°43'39" West, 55.00 feet, to the centerline of West Lincoln Avenue; thence North 89°30'50" East, 223.90 feet, along said centerline; thence South 00°43'39" East, 450.00 feet, along East line of said Lot 1; thence South 89°30'50" West, 223.90 feet, along South line of said Lot 1; thence North 00°43'39" West, 395.00 feet, along West line of said Lot 1 to the Point of Beginning.
Said land contains 2.313 Acres.
Said land being located at: 11211 W. Lincoln Ave. from M-1 Manufacturing District to C-3 Community Commercial District (Tax Key No. 484-9998-004).
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
