Title

Resolution approving the renewal and an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of West Allis Fire Department and the Medical College of Wisconsin for 2011.

Body

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis, through its Fire Department, has contracted with the Medical College of Wisconsin for certain professional services, including examinations, lab tests, and immunizations for Fire Department employees; and,

WHEREAS, the existing agreement's term ended December 31, 2010; and,

WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the best interest of the City to renew and amend the existing agreement for one additional year for the time period of January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the attached renewal amendment and agreement be and is hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute said amendment and agreement on behalf of the City.
