Resolution relative to the Notice of Hearing for the Vacation and Discontinuance of Public Off-Street Parking North of West Cleveland Avenue Between South 84^th Street and South 85^th Street.

Body

WHEREAS, the City is considering vacating and discontinuing Public Off-Street Parking North of West Cleveland Avenue between South 84^th Street and South 85^th Street.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Notice of Hearing, a copy of which is attached hereto, for the vacation and discontinuance Public Off-Street Parking North of West Cleveland Avenue between South 84^th Street and South 85^th Street, be published in the official City newspaper, the West Allis Star, on March 9^th, 2006, March 16^th, 2006 and March 23^rd, 2006; that the Hearing be scheduled before the Common Council on April 4^th, 2006, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard; that a copy of the aforesaid Notice be served or mailed more than thirty (30) days prior to the Hearing in the manner prescribed by the law on the owners of all of the frontage of the lots and lands abutting upon the said Public Off-Street Parking proposed to be discontinued.
