WHEREAS, Wangard Partners submitted a Certified Survey Map to combine and recreate two lots of record from three existing lots located at 11406, 114** and 11528 W. Rogers St.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, that the Certified Survey Map of Lot "A" of Certified Survey Map No. 943, recorded as Document No. 4432438, and Lots 1 and 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 749, recorded as Document No. 4351894, being a part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6 in Town 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin, be and the same is hereby adopted.
