WHEREAS, Erik Madisen submitted a request for a Certified Survey Map for proposed consolidation of lots for the construction of a new multi-tenant retail building (Grant Plaza), to be located at 2200-22** S. 108 St. (Tax Key Nos. 480-0281-000, 480-0280-000 and 480-0278-001)
 
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, Wisconsin, that the Certified Survey Map of a parcel of land in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, be and the same is hereby adopted.
