Initial Resolution Authorizing $17,715,000 Taxable General Obligation Refunding Bonds of the City of West Allis.

Body

WHEREAS, the City needs to obtain funds for the public purpose of refunding obligations of the City issued with respect to projects that must be financed on a taxable basis, including interest on them.

RESOLVED that the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, borrow an amount not to exceed $17,715,000 by issuing its taxable general obligation bonds for the public purpose of refunding obligations of the City, including interest on them.
