Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning Radtke Park, 16** S. 84 St. (Tax Key No. 452-0438-002) from C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District to P-1 Park District.

PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from C-2, Neighborhood Commercial District to P-1, Park District.
A tract of land located in the Northeast ΒΌ of Section 4, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 7 in Block 1 of the Assessors Plat No. 256; thence Easterly, 95.08 feet along the North line of said Lot 7; thence Northeasterly, 70.92 feet to the Northwest corner of the Lot 21 in the Block 1 of the Continuation of Henderson Park subdivision and the East line of the Chicago & Northwestern Transportation Co. right-of-way; thence Southeasterly, 43.60 feet along said East line; thence Southeasterly, 31.50 feet; thence Southeasterly, 24.00 feet; thence Southeasterly, 27.00 feet; thence Southeasterly, 34.83 feet; thence Southeasterly 38.75 feet; thence Southeasterly, 49.00 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 25 in the Block 1 of the Continuation of Henderson Park subdivision and North right-of-way line of West National Avenue; thence Southerly, 108.03 feet; thence Westerly, 317.25 feet to the centerline of the South 84th Street; thence Northerly, 311.96 feet along said centerline; thence Easterly, 26.50 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Said land contains 1.9558 Acres, more or less. Said land including parts of City right-of-way.
Said land located at: 16** South 84th Street from C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District to P-1 Park District.
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
